At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your eBike within 14 days of delivery provided it has fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the eBike and all original accessories back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule the Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label; simply schedule a pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for mileage and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
