Our eBikes arrive 95% assembled. You will simply need to unfold the bike, install the pedals, and ensure all bolts are tightened before your first ride.
What is the return policy for Lectric eBikes?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
What kind of warranty is included with my purchase?
Every new Lectric eBike comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, including the battery and motor.
